Our Dressings
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Salad Dressing
I learned how to cook in true Italian style, under the watchful eye of the best Italian cook in the country — my Mom.
Mama Rosa taught me how to balance ingredients in sauces to perfectly complement food without overpowering it. Her all-natural, original balsamic vinaigrette recipe simply and expertly blends the deliciously tart taste of balsamic vinegar into a smooth, tangy dressing. Mix in blue cheese crumbles for a fantastic salad topping or bread dip.

Caesar
Salad Dressing
I grew up in an Italian kitchen. So my ingredients always come from close to home, and everything I make gets shared with as many people as possible.
The result is my all-natural creamy, easy-pouring Caesar dressing. Made without anchovies in my own original style, its irresistibly tangy flavor comes from real garlic. Use it on fresh garden salads, toasted baguettes or as a dipping sauce. It even makes a great marinade for chicken or fish.
“The caesar dressing just sends me into heaven! I use it on everything — even mixed some into my scrambled eggs last weekend and thought some restaurant would be smart to try this!” —Linda Finklea, Portland, OR
Mexican Caesar
Salad Dressing with cilantro & lime
In the Talarico family kitchen, tradition was only one part of making great food — the rest was pure inspiration.
Which is exactly how I came up with this unique variation of my traditional Caesar dressing. Made with all-natural ingredients and flavored with an extra kick of lime and cilantro, it turns a taco salad into a brand new culinary experience. Also works great as a marinade for chicken, beef, and pork. Enjoy!

Growing up in an Italian family full of food lovers, the first thing I learned about cooking was how to take simple and make it delicious.
This creamy, all-natural, original recipe blends two of my favorite things — my original Caesar dressing and basil — to make a tangy, garlicky, full-flavored combination. The perfect topping on pasta salads and hot pasta, it also makes a great marinade on chicken or fish.
Ten Thousand Island
Salad Dressing
When I was growing up my big, busy Italian family always sat down to dinner. Food was the perfect way to spend some time together.
My own original take on Thousand Island dressing was inspired by those traditional dinners — full of freshly-made food that was never boring and always delicious. Made with all-natural ingredients, its got a kick to it that jump-starts taste buds and turns a regular salad into a culinary experience. It’s ten times as good as the original!

Parmesan Ranch
Salad Dressing

This creamy, delicious ranch dressing uses the subtle flavor of parmesan and savory spice of coarse ground pepper to add bite and tang to any dish — bringing out the full flavor of your food. It’s perfect on romaine salads or as a dip for French fries or veggies.

Cocktail
Sauce
I grew up learning how to cook Italian food, Talarico style — taking a great tradition and making it completely my own.
I came up with this recipe many years ago, when I couldn’t find a cocktail sauce that really complemented the flavor of fresh seafood. Lots of lemon and hot horseradish root give this sauce a unique taste — it’s tangy, spicy, and different from anything else you’ll find. Also great as a topping for meatloaf.
